An older style semi-detached house in need of updating
Price Guide: £ 180000
An older styled semi-detached house believed to have been constructed in the late 1800/early 1900s. It was originally a detached house but was divided into two dwellings many years ago. Location
Agriculture, horticulture and fruit-growing were important local occupations, as was brick-making. Many of the buildings in Shedfield village date from the nineteenth century although a few houses are older. The Parish Church of St. John the Baptist was built in 1875 to replace an earlier structure, of which the buttressed tower still remains. Now Shedfield is a small country village between Bishops Waltham and Wickham, with easy access to major traffic routes and quiet rural countryside.
